What are FastNewSmile® Dental Implants?

Our Fort Worth and Dallas dental implant centers perform a procedure unlike the All-on-4™ strategy that solely relies on the placement of 4 dental implants. Our specialized surgeons place as many implants as needed to ensure the process is a success. FastNewSmile® is a registered trademarked procedure that only FastNewSmile® providers perform.

Unlike other dental implant centers, DENTAL IMPLANTS ARE ALL WE DO!

What Do Dental Implants Cost in Dallas - Fort Worth?

Dental implants serve as permanent replacement teeth,  so they are an investment in the future of your smile. The cost of dental implants is more than traditional bridges or dentures, but the long-term benefits can be well worth it!

Each dental implant treatment plan is custom-tailored to the unique needs of the patient, so there is no set price for the procedure. The cost of dental implants depends on the number of implants, the location of the implants, bone grafting needs, dentist fees, and the material used for the restorations.

While everyone would prefer the lowest price possible, please research the credentials of providers you’re considering. Their knowledge, experience, and skill make a huge difference in how you look and feel!

The FAST FastNewSmile® Dental Implant Process:

We offer new patients a complimentary consultation with our team of dental implant specialists. We’ll answer any questions and help you decide if a FastNewSmile is the best choice for you!

We’ll then make impressions and take photos. We help you pick the shade, size and style of your FastNewSmile®. If you can’t do this the same day as your consult, we’ll schedule you soon after.

After your work-up, we’ll schedule your dental implant surgery. With FastNewSmile®’s revolutionary technique, our specialized prosthodontic dental implant surgeons place a minimum of four teeth implants in the upper and/or lower jaws. This anchors the entire prosthetic arch. We complete the procedure in our office, and the patient receives a complete set of teeth on the day of surgery! In most cases, the whole process takes just 6 to 8 hours.

Unlike regular dentures, the dental implants stand in for some of the missing teeth’s roots, minimizing jawbone atrophy and maintaining the shape of the bone over time.

Patients regain maximum functionality in terms of chewing and speaking, and the dentures stay in place. Since the shape of the jawbone remains constant, patients won’t need to have their appliances refitted every few years and require a completely new set of dentures.

The maintenance of the dental implant bridge is simple and inexpensive. The material used is easily repairable, whereas repairing porcelain crowns and bridges can be costly (porcelain can’t be repaired!).

Frequently Asked Questions About Dental Implants

From Patients Who Received Care at Our Dallas and Fort Worth Offices

Our full-arch dental implants are a permanent solution for replacing an entire arch of missing teeth, either upper or lower. They involve surgically placing multiple dental implants into the jawbone to support a custom-made dental prosthesis. The bone grows around these implants through a process called osseointegration, creating a secure foundation for the dental prosthesis. Once the implants have integrated with the bone, a custom-made dental prosthesis is secured onto the implants, replacing the entire arch of teeth.

Full-arch dental implants offer several benefits, including improved aesthetics, restored function for eating and speaking, increased comfort, and preservation of the jawbone structure. FastNewSmile® dental implants are a durable, long-lasting solution that closely mimics the look and feel of natural teeth.

The full-arch dental implant procedure typically takes several months from start to finish, as there is a healing period required for osseointegration. However, FastNewSmile® uses techniques like All-on-4 and All-on-6 that may offer a faster process, with a temporary prosthesis placed on the same day as the implant surgery!

While dental implants are a suitable solution for most patients with missing teeth, some people may not be ideal candidates due to factors such as insufficient bone density or certain medical conditions. Schedule a free, thorough evaluation by a dental professional to determine if you’re a candidate, and what options we offer!

Full-arch dental implants offer several advantages over traditional dentures, including improved stability, comfort, and function. Dental implants also help preserve jawbone structure, preventing bone loss associated with missing teeth. In contrast, dentures may cause discomfort, movement during use, and bone loss over time.

Insurance coverage for full-arch dental implants varies by provider and policy. Some dental insurance plans may partially cover the cost of dental implants in our Dallas or Fort Worth offices, while others may not. It is essential to consult with your insurance provider to determine the extent of coverage for full-arch dental implants. FastNewSmile offers financing options®! To find out if you’re a candidate, schedule a free consultation.

All-on-4 dental implants are a full-arch dental implant solution that uses four strategically placed implants to support a fixed dental prosthesis, replacing an entire arch of teeth. The All-on-4 technique uses four implants, with the two posterior implants placed at an angle, maximizing contact with the jawbone. This provides a strong foundation for the dental prosthesis, which is secured to the implants. All-on-6 technique uses 6 dental implants, providing even more stability.

Dental implants are fairly easy to clean, as they mimic the structure of your original teeth. Proper care for FastNewSmile® dental implants includes regular brushing and water flossing, and attending routine dental check-ups and cleanings.

Yes, our dental implants restore normal chewing function, allowing you to enjoy a wide variety of foods!

Initially, there may be an adjustment period as you become accustomed to your new teeth. However, All-on-4 or All-on-6 dental implants should ultimately improve speech clarity compared to missing teeth or ill-fitting dentures.
